SHIPPING POLICY

When will my order be shipped?
​
Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to process all orders within 48hrs of purchase. However, as we are a small family-run business, this can sometimes be up to 72hrs—though you can rest assured we are doing our best to get your order out as soon as possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has left our HQ.

Purchases made on weekends and VIC public holidays will be received the following business day.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Our provider works extremely hard to get all deliveries to our customers as quick as possible, however at times there may be some situations that can cause unavoidable delays.
Standard within Australia:
For metro delivery, please allow 2-5 business days. For rural delivery, please allow 4-7 days. We advise to allow 5-9 business days for deliveries to WA.

Express within Australia:
For metro delivery, please allow 1-2 business days. For rural delivery, please allow 3-5 days.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Prana, it is our main priority that you are happy with your products—that's why we make them in the first place! If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Please note: Prana is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages once it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
