Here is what to expect when you use your acupressure mat:
1-2 Minutes - You may feel some resistance as you lay on the mat and feel the prickly sensation. Focus on your breath and trust the process.
2-4 Minutes - As blood begins to flow to the area the skin will start to feel warm and tingle.
4-8 Minutes - The body will adjust to the sensation and feel good hormones will begin to flow.
8-20 Minutes - Tension melts away as muslces ease. Stay as long as you like while the relaxation takes over.
The after glow - Enjoy the blissed out feeling - carry it with you throught the day or enjoy a peaceful sleep after your session. You may experience some redness/warmth and small marks that will fade over the next 15 minutes.
